THIS THE PLACE
There's a tsunami of ramen shop openings in this valley. I think Ramen Show is riding the highest crest.
Their hand made ramen and signature broths are simply heavenly. So good you want to lick the bowl clean. -

Great environment and delicious food! Right when you walk in you're greeted warmly; it's a small place, so immediately feels nice and welcoming. I ordered the Tonkatsu ramen with miso. Loved the flavor and overall portion and presentation. The takoyaki and blue crab hand roll definitely warrant a try.
My mom got the vegan option and the noodles were made of chickpeas. Flavor was definitely not lacking and the texture of the noodles were surprisingly similar to the relatively noodles. Everything in the bowl was edible, a fun twist the orchid flower.
Great prices and warm ambience, a wonderful up and coming neighborhood spot. -

Came in super early, right when it opened actually, but the lady that served me was super nice about it! Haha
Right when I was looking at the menu, I overheard them speak Japanese, with sushi or ramen places this is usually a good sign! (Not being racist or even remotely close to it) but Japanese owned restaurants are usually very good, especially with Japanese food, duh.
Broth was super tasty! I got the Tonkotsu Ramen, Miso, with their house chili? (What they use to make the ramen spicy) on the side. I was sick, so I was looking for a little spice so I can sweat, so I asked the server and she recommended me the right way to order something not too spicy because I can't eat much spicy food lol, but even before the spice, just the broth itself was super good. Chasu is full of flavor and not over cooked, the half boiled egg in it is also tasty.
The menu is huge, but its not complicated, definitely concise ramen shop menu with a extra swag. Definitely my number 1 ramen spot in Las Vegas now. And did I mention they have the canned Japanese coffee I love lol -

Very good ramen place in a bustling complex that seems to have something new opening every month. That being said, this place gives them a run for their money. Happy Hour menu is great. Got the tuna and salmon hand rolls and I thought they were going to be tiny but they were actually at a decent size; fish was fresh and good proportions with the rice. Only thing i didn't enjoy about it was the filleting of the salmon, a tiny portion had skin on it so it made it tough to chew and inedible really. But flavor was still on point. Also got the agedashi tofu, which again was nicely proportioned for a happy hour menu and flavors and temp were well balanced. I highly recommend the ramen (at least the ones i tried). The Tonkatsu Ramen is very flavorful, very rich and creamy and the noodles had a nice bite to them. It never bordered on salty but you really get that umami flavor. The Spicy Ramen is also a must have; it's basically the Tonkatsu but spicy obviously (3 levels of spiciness). The noodles themselves had spice and even at a level 1 the broth had a nice kick to it. Apparently, levels 2 and 3 have the Carolina Reaper peppers so for those looking for that burning thrill, then go for it (i was lowkey scared LOL). But it still had great flavors and the spiciness did not overpower anything. Also, service was great. Servers knew their menu, very attentive of the tables, and had great presence with the customers. One thing i want to add though is i did ask for no mushrooms on my ramen, but as you can see in the photo, there were black mushrooms there. I had ask for it them out and they did pretty quickly. Overall, i highly recommend this place.

I don't know which I enjoyed better- the ramen or the tuna hand roll. I am siding with the tuna hand roll as it was uh-mazing! I have eaten my share of handrolls but the one at Ramen Show was a game changer. Thick slices of Blue Fun red meat tuna that you roll up yourself. You can see the quality of the fish before you roll it up. They have so much confidence in their seafood. Total game changer!
The ramen is very good and they offer a different variety than your typical ramen houses in the states. I ordered the Chinton ramen which was lighter than the traditional tonkatsu ramen. It is chicken broth with pork and fish umami base. It is a nice alternative and tastes very good!
The service here is very good. Our server was very helpful and had a good understanding of the menu. He pointed us in the right direction of choosing the right ramen. He also sold me on the Blue Fin Tuna handroll which I am thankful for.
Whichever ramen dish you choose make sure you order the tuna handroll. Get the best of both worlds!
